Company

The growth in commercial volume led, in 1975, to relocation to a new headquarters on Via Villetta Strà. In 2002, Machieraldo acquired Sogoplast Srl of Benna (BI), specialized in the distribution of household products, later merging it in 2006.

Two distinct product ranges were thus created: Hardware and Housewares.
In 2010, the company joined the Consorzio Distributori Ferramenta (C.D.F.).
From April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2014, Machieraldo Gustavo Spa managed the Mazzoleni Commerciale brand, expanding into Lombardy, and from January 1, 2013 also managed the Mapes Commerciale brand.
In 2014, Machieraldo received the award for "Wholesaler of the Year", and in April 2015 inaugurated its first Take & Carry in Genoa.

In autumn 2015, the decentralized logistics warehouse in Salussola (BI) was activated, followed in 2017 by the launch of the sales network in North-East Italy. In 2019, the commercial presence in the housewares sector was strengthened in North-West Italy. In 2020, the logistics warehouse in Salussola (BI) was expanded, and in 2022 the Cavaglià (BI) headquarters. In 2023, our warehouse was further enhanced with the activation of Autostore, and in 2024 the merger by incorporation of Piellebi into Machieraldo took place.
